After months of Mel buying/bringing lunch for us, I finally brought lunch today. Haha. Jacket potato! My fave + it’s pretty simple to make. Mix Potatoes + Eggs + Cheese + Milk + Paprika & just microwave it to perfection. Ok maybe it wasn’t exactly perfect today cos I’m not used to the office microwave.
I wanna go on a holiday lah! No shopping. Just a quick 2-3 day getaway to a nice remote island to relax. I’m not big on the sun, sand & sea (ok, I think it’s just the sun I don’t fancy) so it’s important to get nice accommodation. I found somewhere suitable. But then again, that’s the first place I came across so I’m sure there are many more nice + cheap places around that I just haven’t come across.
