Less than half an hour before I knock off from work, the crazy mother fucking chee bye has managed to piss me off. I hope she does herself a favour and dies over the weekend. A tragic, gruesome death would be nice.

I’m so tired today but I’m so happy cos I had a great nite yesterday. Met my girls at 10+pm and we headed to KSC for KTV but we had to wait til 1130pm for an available room and the places closes at 1am so we went to KBox instead. We took a package which included fruits, snacks, fried food, and 3 jugs of drinks for the 5 of us and the fried food was so yummy.

I oso got a pack of VS ciggies that they were selling there. The packaging is so cute! It’s so tiny and looks like a miniature perfume box.

When it ended at 2am, it was off for supper at Kembagan. I haven’t been there in such a long time, considering it was one of my fave places to go for supper last time. But somehow the standard of the food has dropped *sigh*

Sleeping at 5am and having to wake up 3 hours later is no joke. Well, thank goodness I had a ride to work. If not, I would have to wake up at 7am. And thank goodness mummy came knocking on the door at 8am cos I had conveniently switched off the alarm when it rang earlier. But I guess it would have been ok if I hadn’t been woken up by her cos I got Chixy to gimme morning call at 8am too, which she did while I was in the loo. I’m feeling kinda hungry now.. I guess if we hadn’t gone for supper, I would have been able to wake up earlier and I would have had Macs brekkie. Hehe.

The cleaner was saying that the toilet has ‘wo lai ye’ smell. What the hell is ‘wo lai ye’?!?! I’ve never heard that term before. And because I haven’t been to the toilet yet today, I cannot personally decipher what smell it is. Haha. And what does the bitch do? She goes to the toilet, just to smell it. Hahaha. Does boredom and kaypoh-ness really resort people to do such bo liao & disgusting things? Urgh!! Anyway, she came back saying it smells of menses, which makes me so not wanna use the toilet for now until the toilet cleaner comes and freshen things up abit. There are so few ladies on this floor but some of them have really bad toilet etiquette like dripping pee on the toilet seat. I am damn particular about toilet hygiene so such things gross me out terribly. Sickos.

Fuck. I just got a paper cut. I abhor paper cuts.

So much for asking what happened to the rain. Rain it did this morning, which got my shoes kinda wet, but I’m not complaining. Cos I still insist that I prefer this weather to a sweltering hot day.

I’m almost done with my book oready, which means I have to bring a different book every alternate day, and that’s considering I try to read it slowly so that it’ll last me longer. Bringing a book just adds to the weight of my oready heavy bag.

Steamboat with my girls at Bugis yesterday. I think it’ll be good to have that now. After that we went to Bugis village and it was so hot, which made me very crabby indeed. I bought a dress though. Haven’t bought clothes in such a long time lah. Jane bought a gorgeous bag but I decided to have some self control cos I oready have a brown bag and that bag was pretty huge so if I had bought it, I know I’ll just carry more things in it. Not good cos it’s just gonna kill my shoulders even more. BUT if I can’t get that bag outta my head after a couple of weeks, I may just go and buy it. Hahaha. There was another shop upstairs that sold really nice bags. *sigh* I want a new bag!! The bags aren’t pricy but because I’m overspending every month, I know I have to curb going shopping but I am a woman after all and I have my needs too you know. Haha.

I am craving Boon Lay market’s nasi lemak. It’s been ages since I last had it but it’s just so damn far. I’m craving for Zouk too. It’s been too long a hiatus. Looks like it’s time to clear some leave! Haven’t clubbed with my bitches in such a long time!

What do you get when 3 girls have had too much to eat, tired from the day’s work & shopping and crabby from the heat? We ended up taking a bus back to the east cos there were no cabs available and the bus was right in front of us? You get us piling into the bus and that’s when the trash talk begins, with dirty talk that would make any guy blush and a whole load of laughter, which we manage to suppress so as to not affect other commuters. How thoughtful yeah?

I can smell the weekend oready. Yay!

Yesterday’s dinner was at Parkway with the folks and I bought new shampoo which sucks. It’s so damn drying for my hair lah. Anyway, met Chixy at nite and we headed to East Coast Park to chill after buying some drinks and bites at Macs drive thru. The place was so crowded lor. And we went right to the end of ECP somemore. The entire stretch of ECP was lined with cars but thank goodness we managed to get seats. I didn’t know Singaporeans were so ‘on’ about celebrating the mid-autumn festival. There were so many people with lanterns and sparklers. Oh how I remember playing with those every year with the cuzzies at Grandfolks’ old house when we were young.

I brought a book to work today which is keeping me very happy. I can’t wait for work to end cos then I can meet my bitches for our long-awaited steamboat dinner! Yum yum yum!

Where’s my rainy weather gone? It’s so damn hot lah. The weather is making me nauseous *pukes*.

Had a weird dream last nite. It was about a particular person I wanna beat when I see him and it involves cars. It was about him wanting to ‘make peace’. Whatever. I said it was weird.

Met Jane & Chixy at Mas Ayu last nite for Lemon Ribena. Yummers. And then Kel and the whole gang came down. What a coincidence eh. It was getting late and I haven’t washed my hair so we went back to my place and we slacked there til around midnite.

Jane got me a very nice t-shirt which I love. I haven’t had new clothes in a long time man. Thanks bitch!

While messing around with my HP, ALL my messages got deleted. I wanted to kill myself lah! I had stored so many things in my message folders and it’s gone just like that. KNN. I’m still very sore about it but it may be a good thing cos now I can go get my HP fixed in peace and not worry about how I’m gonna store all my messages.

I forgot to bring a book today to read during work. Shite. My memory is failing me.

Today is Ah Tian’s birthday. Hope he has a great birthday. Haven’t seen the guys in a long time. I kinda miss the thrill I get on a bike. But I’m glad I’ve experience that in the past and now I have moved on. Now I don’t have to worry about our screwed up weather, or getting my hair into knots, or about wearing my short skirts.

Long weekend for me. But for now, it’s back to work!

Took half day on Thursday cos I wasn’t feeling well since morning but I ended up meeting Chixy for lunch, supposedly at Roxy for our tom yum ban mian but it was still closed. They are damn inefficient lah. They were supposed to open first thing in September but it became early September and now it’s late September. Anyway, we ended up going to Orchard but no shopping for us. It was mainly lunch/dinner at Wisma food court and we had teppanyaki by a damn disgusting chef. He looked so gross and so was his attitude. I think that was one of the reasons why we couldn’t finish our food. He kept staring at us like we killed his family and he was so sloppy and he had the original out of bed look. Or maybe more like never combed his hair in his entire life look. While cooking halfway, his HP would ring and he would answer it.

Met Chixy again at nite and we had yucky teh-peng at the coffee shop outside her house and then we went to Mas Ayu for awhile and then to the playground at Siglap but it was so hot so we left.

Macs breakfast the next day at 7+am and… I went home to koon until late afternoon. Haha. That was a good rest I gotta say. Went to the doc. I have ‘Viral Infection’. Lolx. Dinner at Thai-pan before going to Scruffy Murphy’s @ ECP for a beer and then to TM to watch ‘No Reservations’ for a second time. I think I figured out why I liked the show so much. It’s not that the story line is fantastic. It’s because I like watching Catherine Zeta Jones.

Saturday afternoon was lunch at Chicken House at Thomson. Can I just say it’s yucky. It didn’t help that the weather was so damn hot and I wasn’t in the best of moods. Dinner was at Paramount to celebrate Grandpa’s birthday. The amount we ordered was madness. It was practically everything on the menu and quite afew dishes had repeated orders. That’s what happens when we go to a buffet. Haha. Went to pick Chixy up after that and we met Dan & Sharon at Punggol Park. Today was a very short coffee session so we went to Orchard hoping to see some cars but we left after awhile. Damn the TP op. we ended up going to Kel’s house to watch TV before going home to rest.

Sunday, went to Taka again and bought mooncakes this time round. Bought the ones from Shangri-La only because I liked how the boxes looked. Haha. Went to Cote D’Azur, then to Punggol, then to AMK to drop the mooncakes and then to Woodlands to collect mooncakes. Finally got to meet my darlings in Orchard after that. No doubt we met up for awhile only, but its oways nice to meet them! Jane bought us pressies from her BKK trip, which I shall see today. Yay! Because I didn’t have dinner, I got mum to tapao noodles Grandma cooked, which I ate for supper. Yummers.

I’m feeling queasy after lunch. I wanna go home and rest. Boo Hoo.

This week is so s-l-o-w moving lah *sigh* Today is only Wed. But I think I can get some rest this week cos Jane is in BKK with Tiger and Chixy should be under house surveillance. I am going to miss my girls this week! Hope Jane has fun cos she has been looking forward to this trip a lot! And as for Chixy, I may just defy Kel’s orders and steal her away for dinner one day cos she is oso part of my property. Haha. I hope my dear girl is feeling ok after what happened yesterday. I love you girls!!

Lunch with Mel & Chix was shiok and we got carried away which caused me to be back late from lunch. But I don’t care. I come to work early everyday, at least let me extend my lunch a little occasionally right. The bitch must be fuming cos M & G are not around for her to complain to and there’s nothing she can do about it. Even if she wanted to complain, she better think of how late she comes to work everyday & how early she leaves work. ‘Nuff said. I dun understand how senile old woman like her would wanna put her phone on silent cos everytime she has a call, it will be blinking away and she wouldn’t have a clue even though it’s right in front of her and ben siao jie has to go tell her to pick up her damn call.

I’m bored. The boss is not in today because “I am undergoing yet another dam burst in my apartment and I need to stay here to soak up water” Hahaha.

And because I didn’t go NATAS to visit my darlings, I have deleted the video. I will tell you girls in private whats the video about k. Kailing shld know cos she was on MSN that day. I think you all dun wanna see oso. I just found it quite funny at that point in time.

I think I am going to die soon. I think I have a lot of health issues, which is one of the reasons why I’ve never gone for a proper full body check up. Ignorance is bliss. But I do hate it when my chest starts hurting and I feel like I’m going to pass out. Haha. Okok.. everybody is going to start cursing me and ask me to stop talking rubbish. But it’s true mah. I know my body.

I can’t wait for 4 Oct. That’s the day I’m taking leave and you will see afew over excited girls all over town, like brids let out of their cages. OMG, we got so deprived that 1 weekday away from work can make us so happy or not? The answer is ‘YES’. *sigh* How sad is my life…

1 more hour to go before I can leave this place and head back to my bed. But we all know once I get home, I’m become wide awake and it’ll be telly time until nite time when me & my bitches come out to play.

It’s Monday yet again. I’m starting to get very very restless at work. I guess me starting school next year would help but I’m still very thankful I got this job.

Friday was a pretty short night. I guess we needed the slow progression into the weekend so at night was just Punggol Park with Dan.

Saturday, wanted to laze in bed the entire day but by 1+pm, I was up and could not sleep anymore. So I decided to be a good girl and changed my bedsheets and vacuumed my room. Tubs and I had dinner that evening with Dan & Sharon @ Pasta Fresca outside my old house. After that, we went to Kel’s house to pick Chixy up and we headed to Punggol Park. When we dropped her off after that at Kel’s, tubs decided to take Kel’s car for a spin. I hope he understands now how much more convenient an auto car is.

Lazed in bed until afternoon and we went to Waraku @ East Coast Park for lunch. Then we went to Outram market for Ah-balling, something which I have been craving for since last week. I had black sesame and peanut ah-balling with beancurd but I didn’t find it nice so it totally killed my appetite. We went to Mandai crematorium after that to visit Grandpa. Bad idea cos I wanted to burst out crying once I saw his picture so I decided not to stay too long. To change the somber mood, we went to Orchard from there and we went jostling with the crowd at the mooncake fair @ Taka. But it was so crazy we decided to get mooncakes another day instead. Bought snacks to munch on but we couldn’t finish it so while smoking after that, we fed the rest of the food to a big black cat.

Last nite, I had 2 dreams. They were totally unrelated to each other and like many dreams, they were just weird. And the thing is, I haven’t had a dream in ages. So last nite was pretty weird for me. I couldn’t remember one of the dreams and the other dream had Nel Nel inside. Weird. But speaking of him, I do miss that boy loads!

Read someone’s blog, and though you may have used the word ‘regret’, but I think life has funny plans for us. Since it’s oready in the past, let’s live for the future. At least we once had each other, at least we had shared many memories. I am oso glad that we are still friends now, and there will oways be a special place in my heart for you. The right girl will come along for you soon enuff. I guess good things are worth waiting for eh. In the meantime, enjoy singlehood while it lasts.

T I R E D …… But since its Friday, screw it! I can feel the weekend starting to course thru my veins.

Yesterday after work I finally went to granny’s house for dinner. I haven’t gone over in sucha long time to see her and I was feeling really bad about it so I bought some bites from Crystal Jade over. At nite met up with my bitches at Jane’s area but there were so many ants and it was kinda hot so we went to East Coast Park. The wind there was mad. Had difficulty lighting my ciggies so I had to hide behind Chixy everytime I lighted up. I hope I didn’t burn her luscious curls though. Hahaha. The wind plus the sound of waves made us cold & clammy & in dire need to pee so off we went! By the time I got home, I was half dead.

Have been seeing so much of the mocca ad on TV recently. The one with the muscle man in his zebra print briefs, trying to sell his house. Can I just say he makes me sick in the stomach everytime I see it? Urgh! It is such a major turn off! –shivers-

Today, I am REALLY tired. No late nite out for me today! I couldn’t even remember switching off my alarm in the morning but thank goodness I woke up in time. Slept all the way on the bus to work and I feel kinda feverish. How in the world did I manage to go out til the wee hours in the morning plus club on weekdays every week and still managed to work the next day feeling ok in the past? That is age taking a toll on me.

Tubs smsed me yesterday evening while I was at home watching the telly and told me he felt the quake. What sense does that make when he’s on around the same level as me and he’s all the way in the west and he could feel it but I couldn’t? I mean I am separated from Indo by just the sea. Then people from the higher floors started coming down and there was a fire engine but I guess the telly was more entertaining. To be safe, when I met my bitches at nite, we hung around the Marine Parade area instead of going to East Coast Park. Slacked the nite away at the playground, then moved to below Jane’s house when we got restless, snacking on Ruffles and bottled milk tea.

Before that while watching telly at home, I was on the internet as well and a certain someone decided to show me something and I thought it was pretty hilarious so I recorded it down to show my girls. Haha. Definitely not the reaction that person was expecting I am sure. Shall not divulge too much here but I wonder if the rest of my girls would be interested to see it. If not, I’ll delete it cos tubs would probably kill me if he finds out.

This was a scary quake I gotta say. If I’m not wrong, the highest it hit on the Richter scale was 8.4, and that’s high. I wonder how sturdy Singapore’s high rise buildings are cos apparently, there was debris falling from certain buildings. After so many years of Singapore feeling the tremors, I realize that I have never ever felt it before. I think it’ll be pretty fun though. I hope tubs doesn’t read this because he’s sure to scold me for saying that.

Ronny hasn’t gotten back to me on whether he is safe & sound and it’s very unlike him. I shall keep my fingers cross and hope it’s just a case of connection problem.

Da Chix and Jane are evil. They are a bad influence on me, which led me to taking the second half of the day off yesterday. Because the ban mian food court wasn’t open yet (so much for opening in early September….), we went to Parkway and ate at Sakae Sushi. Tea-time buffet.Haha. Even tea-time can’t keep us away from buffets eh.

Went to get our hands and feet done and tubs came to pick us up for dinner. We were still so full we couldn’t look at another morsel of food, much less Jap food but tubs wanted to eat at Waraku so we went there for a drink while he ate. Sent us home, showered, watched TV, and then at nite, it was off to meet my 2 bitches again. This time we went to Macs drive-thru where we got drinks but not long after settling down at East Coast Park, watching the many army boys doing their night stroll in the park (haha. I think it’s supposed to be a night run though), we decided that we should get something to snack on and da chix was craving cup noodles so we drove back to the park below Jane’s house to slack.

*Yawn* It was a good break. Da chix and I both agree that it would be great if every working day was just the first half of the day.

What a pain waking up on such a wonderfully rainy day. Got to work, only to realize that more than half the people are not here yet. Kaoz.

Yesterday after work was off to Fish & Co at the glass house to celebrate Ting’s birthday with Kailing, Mandy, Ling, her Ah Lau, Yuan and of course the birthday girl. It was a belated birthday thus there was no birthday cake but I hope Ting liked her pressies! After dinner, we crossed over to Plaza Singapura to watch ‘No Reservations’. I loved the show!!! I think we all did. I think it was one of the movies I enjoyed the most in a long long time. It’s one of those shows I would buy a DVD just to keep. It’s a typical love story but it was a wonderful love story.
Cabbed home after that and while waiting for my hair to dry, watched ‘Hey Gorgeous’ on channel U, which is a Chinese program where they go around the different campuses, searching for babes and hunks. Yesterday’s was at Temasek Poly and one of the girls was such a turn off. She didn’t look as good as the picture she submitted and she was such a cocky bitch. She was so confident that she was the best but she’s obviously deluded. When she performed her ‘hip dance’, which was just shaking her ass as vigorously as she could to Spice Girls’ ‘Spice up your life’, she could barely keep her balance and I think she looked more like a bamboo having a seizure.

What a start to the work week. After the past few days being unbearably hot, it has finally decided to pour first thing in the morning. Thank goodness I’m wearing a skirt and I brought my brolly and hoodie blazer. I had fun this weekend though.

Friday after work, went down to the airport to pick tubs up then we went for dinner at Awon. The place was packed and I have to admit, I’m kinda sick of the place oready. Went Punggol Park after that to slack the nite away.

Managed to catch up on abit of my sleep on Saturday. In the evening, tubs and I went to pick da chix up and she treated us, plus Jane & Tiger to steamboat @ AMK. Yummers. That was my kind of steamboat. Not too much meat, hotdogs and sotong balls please! After that all of us went to Punggol Park for drinks before heading to Kel’s house to watch The Victim, a Thai horror show. I thought it was pretty good. Thank goodness there were so many of us and there was tubs to go home with. Good luck to Jane who’s going to Thailand soon. Hope she doesn’t hear any sounds from the Thai dance while she’s in the hotel room and remember not to lie down in the bathtub! Haha. So much for scaring me in the past. Now is payback time! But I think she was very scared though. Cos half the time, tiger had his face buried in her crotch and she was giggling away. I shall not blame them since Tiger has been away for the past month and it’s understandable but please lah. Go somewhere more discreet lah. Not between everyone else and the telly rite. Hahahhahaha.

Slept into the afternoon on Sunday before we went to Orchard to see my wallet. It’s a good thing I went back again cos I’ve decided on a change of choice. We didn’t even walk around cos I didn’t wanna do any impulse shopping, considering my financial status so after a round of Yakitori, Takopachi and Orange Julius, we went to pick Chixy up from Kel’s place and went to walk at the Pasar Malam nearby. We bought Tu Tu Kuay, Kebab, drinks, fried chicken etc and we couldn’t finish it.

Headed to Suntec after that and on the way, a mother fucking EG pissed the hell outta us. He didn’t have the skill to cut out in time before us at the filter lane so being a sore loser, he went beside us when we were already on the expressway and revved his engine. Firstly, nobody was playing with you. Secondly, what does that prove? To let others hear how fucked up your engine sounds? Do you expect that to make others tremble with fright? I think it actually made us burst out in laughter. What a champion you are, playing with a small car. It proves so much lah *yawn* These people act like tyrants on the road but I bet they have no balls. So if anybody knows a yellow EG with carbon fibre bonnet, plate number, 9228, I think you better ask him to go hide his face better.

At Suntec, we had fun at Toy r’ us and the piano section while Chixy serenaded us with her piano playing while we were waiting for Jane & Tiger. Then it was Yami Yoghurt for us before going down to You Tiao Da Wang at Geylang. I love! But I was so full I only managed to finish my You Tiao and Soya Bean drink. Tubs had to finish my Mee Sua after I had a few bites. Small meals throughout the day really is a good thing! Dropped Chixy back at Kel’s house after that and that was all for our weekend gallivanting.

After working for so long, I never actually gotten down to calculating my monthly expenses. Until last nite, tubs and I sat down to do a breakdown. And I got a shock when necessities aside (i.e. parent’s allowance, HP bill, ciggies, transport, insurance etc), I had less than $200 spending money. That is BAD man. I better come up with a plan or else I can forget about going on holidays and shopping sprees.

Anyway, 7 September (Friday) was Mick’s birthday. Happy Belated Birthday dear!!! Sorry I couldn’t attend your chalet but I hope you had fun and I’ll see you soon! *smoochies*
Today is Niku’s birthday but I can’t wish him. I guess his birthday crowd celebrating with him this year is different from previous years. But I still wish him all the best. As much as sometimes he drives me crazy (not in a good way), but I’ll never forget the fun we used to have about 7 years ago. That was the time we were absolutely mad and carefree.

OMG I nearly forgot. I had a horrible dream about spiders last nite –shiver-.

Dad didn’t go work again. His gout is really bad. Hope he gets better soon. Sent mummy a link on gout remedies. Not sure if it works though.

Chixy woke up for work today, only to end up skipping work and going to JB with Kel. OMG. I oso want. But if I’m her employer, I’m sure to fire her. LOLx.

Tubs came to lunch with me today. He should do this more often. Haha.

Ok now everyone can tell I’m bored. I can’t wait for after work though!

Sometimes I fall asleep on the bus when I’m on my way home. But I oways manage to wake before it reaches my house. Yesterday was bad. A nice lady had to wake me up. Hahahahaha. Either she recognizes me or the bus driver asked her to wake me up cos I know for sure which stop I get down at. Luckily I was one of the last people on the bus. Thank god busplus can only accommodate a small number of people and good that mine was the 2nd last stop. Busplus is evil. It has shiok aircon, radio playing in the back ground, and the individual seats have hand rests and can be reclined. I still can’t believe how tired I was. But I swear I was a good girl while tubs was away. I did not go gallivanting with strange men at nite (unlike a certain poultry I know). Haha.

Met Jane & Chix late last nite & we decided on a change of location so we bought snacks & drinks and sat at the park near our usual playground. I think the location itself made us think of our primary/secondary school life and it was funny thinking back. And that made me think of DW, whom I was so close to (even though I was sucha meanie to her) and I asked her out since she stays in the same block as Jane (which was just across the road) but she wasn’t able to make it. I miss her soooo much! She’s my chicken-butt-head & my shitface. LOL.

It’s finally Friday! YAY!!!

The dumb bitch smsed me to say that she’ll be in slightly late today. She walked in close to 930am, giggled and said she thought she’ll be late but didn’t expect to reach work so early. Erm, early? Maybe work starts at 9am instead of 930am? But then again, she comes to work close to 930am everyday anyways. No wonder she thinks she’s early today. She used to watch my hours so tightly in the past. Now she’s worse than me. Sometimes she even leaves earlier than me. But I’m not stupid. I’m no troublemaker and I don’t believe in low blows like her. I lay low for now and when she tries to find fault with me again, and she’ll get a hell lot of shit thrown back at her.

Speaking about pathetic people, mum told me about an incident that happened between her and her asshole of a son just the other day. I shall not go into detail but here’s just to give you an idea what a childish moron he is.
There was a big tub of yoghurt in the fridge and mum ate abit of it. The asshole was so affected by it that he asked her to fetch him to Parkway to buy a new fridge cos someone snitched his yoghurt.
Erm.. first I doubt he paid for the yoghurt. Second what’s the deal about some yoghurt missing when there’s still so much left? Third, if you want a new fridge, go buy it yourself, loser! Fourth, stop making so much noise about wanting to move out and still staying put. Just move out!
I dunno what’s his problem and why he’s so brainless. If you are living with your family (i.e. parents & siblings), people would assume any food lying around/ in the fridge is free for all. When the parents/ me buy groceries back, it’s for everyone/ anyone to consume. But of cos he’s different. He’s warped. So if a dollop of yoghurt is of such epic importance to him, maybe he can just stick a note to let others know what’s his and to not touch? Or have his own little space in the fridge where it’s all his things lah. I think that beats mixing his stuff with the rest and after that kicking up a fuss like a retarded baby.

My annual leave has been increased. Whoopee! What great news to get first thing in the morning. Looks like I have another 10 days to clear by December! So my darlings, if you fancy having a super late nite out on a weekday, followed by a shopping spree or just hanging around the following day, let me know and I’ll apply for leave yah. It’s so nice to shop on a weekday when there’s no maddening crowd. Or we could spend the day at my place swimming. Haha. Sounds like a plan eh.

To take my mind off things, I realized that my magazine which was right in front of me had a very prominent page staring at me…
I never thought I would like a Rolex, to be honest. It just reminded me of the oldies in my life – my parents, aunties, uncles & grandparents.
And I was still unwavering when the boys talked about Rolex’s over our weekend coffee sessions, and when they say it’s customary to exchange Rolex’s for the wedding, I actually scrunched up my nose and thought to myself ‘I’d rather get some diamonds, thank you’.
But hey, here’s a beauty I wouldn’t mind. Let’s take a moment to admire the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Special Edition shall we?

My HP is a major cock-up. I’ve been putting up with it for close to a year and today really takes the cake. I shall finally get down to getting it fixed! That’s after I do a back-up and find my previous phone first of course *sigh*

Yesterday was dinner with Jane & da chix. We were supposed to go for ban mian cos it’s absolutely lovely weather for a bowl of steaming, spicy and soupy noodles but the damned food court wasn’t open yet so we ended up having LJS.

Good thing da chix had a little outing of her own after that cos I was dead beat so I decided not to meet tubs. But once I got home, showered & switched on the telly, I was wide awake. Just great.

Today I am just feeling stoned. I can’t even decide if I’m tired or not. I am feeling very sian. And very pek chek. It feels like a serious case of PMS except it’s not. I have reason to feel this way and I dunno what to do about it. I guess it doesn’t help that the BF is stuck between having a killer career and being a superb mummy & daddy’s boy.

This weekend wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be I gotta say. But so much for not going shopping or splurging on food… the amount of money I spent on petrol was enuff to kill me.

Friday nite, went to Chix’s grandpa’s wake with Jane to keep da chix company. We decided to go somewhere to satisfy our craving for something sweet and we saw someone who made me decide not to go back there anymore. There isn’t exactly bad blood or anything, it’s just something that makes me feel uncomfortable. Anyway, tubs came to find us later on and we played blackjack until everyone was tired and we went home.

Saturday evening we wanted to go Tung Lok for dinner but their buffet required a minimum of 4 people so from the east, we went to the north, then to the west, then back to the east again to eat at ThaiPan. Even though I just ate there not so long ago, but I think the food is really good & the price is very reasonable as well. It helped that we got smoking seats & the weather was fab that day. Went down to the wake to look for da chix for awhile before heading down to Yishun Dam to meet Mandy & Guoan to slack for the night.

To stick to our no-shopping weekend, we went to Pasir Ris Farmway to look at puppies on Sunday afternoon. Oh how I love dogs. I never fancied poodles but we saw a couple of toy poodles that were absolutely adorable! One of the shop guys picked up a toy poodle and made tubs carry it. Haha. He looked kinda lost with that tiny thing in his arms but I knew he really liked it cos he told me that if I were to buy it, he’ll let me keep it in his house. But I shall not make any hasty decisions especially when my life is just about to get more hectic. But a small dog which doesn’t shed, has no smell and is so well behaved it so easy to bring out. Heidi & Jassy was a nightmare to bring out. Shedding and slobbering all over the car.

Anyway after that we went to Ikea to walk and then we bought some food and headed to tub’s grandparents’ house before going to meet Danny Boy & Sharon for a quick coffee. It’s weird to meet them on a Sunday. It just makes me feel like it’s not a Sunday and I so don’t want the weekend to end but well, here I am back in the office on a Monday morning *sigh*

I dunno why but I’m feeling very restless & pek chek this morning. I hope I’ll feel better soon. I hope it’s not bcos I’m falling sick. Maybe I just need a good massage.
