What a pain waking up on such a wonderfully rainy day. Got to work, only to realize that more than half the people are not here yet. Kaoz.
Yesterday after work was off to Fish & Co at the glass house to celebrate Ting’s birthday with Kailing, Mandy, Ling, her Ah Lau, Yuan and of course the birthday girl. It was a belated birthday thus there was no birthday cake but I hope Ting liked her pressies! After dinner, we crossed over to Plaza Singapura to watch ‘No Reservations’. I loved the show!!! I think we all did. I think it was one of the movies I enjoyed the most in a long long time. It’s one of those shows I would buy a DVD just to keep. It’s a typical love story but it was a wonderful love story.
Cabbed home after that and while waiting for my hair to dry, watched ‘Hey Gorgeous’ on channel U, which is a Chinese program where they go around the different campuses, searching for babes and hunks. Yesterday’s was at Temasek Poly and one of the girls was such a turn off. She didn’t look as good as the picture she submitted and she was such a cocky bitch. She was so confident that she was the best but she’s obviously deluded. When she performed her ‘hip dance’, which was just shaking her ass as vigorously as she could to Spice Girls’ ‘Spice up your life’, she could barely keep her balance and I think she looked more like a bamboo having a seizure.
