It was a long weekend for me even though it didn’t seem that long.
When I got up for work on Friday morning, I was so dizzy I nearly fainted but I couldn’t decide whether I should go to work until I had reached. The nausea wasn’t helping so Tubs ended up sending me home and I slept the day away.
I was feeling better by evening so we went to Vivo for dinner at Carnivore. Carnivore is a waste of money for me cos I didn’t eat a lot but it was good nevertheless. Went Cosy Bay at nite to slack for awhile after that.
Saturday afternoon, went to Parkway to walk around abit and I bought some stuff. Had dinner with tub’s family at ThaiPan and then we met Dan & Sharon at Punggol Park for our weekly drinking session.
Sunday, slept in til afternoon then we had Sakae Sushi for lunch. It’s been awhile since I last went to Sam Yick and the puppies there are so cute! Went to SingEx after that for Extreme Nights Singapore 2007. Ivan was there performing with his Silvia too. Took some videos and fotos but I’m so lazy to post them so I shall steal other people’s pictures. Hur hur. I want a tiong chia too!
Sad to say, the only thing worth watching was the drift show. The exhibition which we had to pay for was so damn disappointing. It was 1 major con job. But there was free Hotstuff mags so I guess that made up for our entrance fee.
After the car show, went to the Metro sale and apart from some snacks, I didn’t buy anything else. I am so proud of myself. That nite was supermarket shopping and I got a home cooked dinner from my chef even though that was like also supper time. Haha.
I’m back to work today. It’s NYE but it really doesn’t feel like it at all. It just means New Year’s Day is another holiday. I have no mood to countdown. I think as I get older, I try to avoid crowds more. Haha.
Before the year ends, I wanna thank everybody who’s X’mas cards are still coming in. I shall give everyone the benefit of the doubt and blame SingPost for being inefficient yah. Haha. DW sent me a box of caramel bites in the post and they kinda melted so they are still sitting in my fridge. But it was a nice surprise!
Also, I finally got to see Yuan’s blog and it was so sweet of him. Thanks boy! Sorry I haven’t been keeping up with your blog cos I can’t access it at work and my home internet is screwed.
And I wanna say I LOVE YOU to all my close friends. You all know who you are. And I wish that all of you are going to have a better 2008, and also hopefully we’ll get to meet up more often cos I miss you all so damn much and I’ll never tire of your company.
Tubs has been nothing but a wonderful BF and I think he deserves some credit. There have been cock ups here and there, there are still certain things I feel strongly about, but I guess that’s part and parcel of every relationship yeah. Hopefully time will smoothen everything out for us. I love you darls.
Contrary to the Chinese horoscope prediction, this year has been a pretty good one for me. So I guess its best not to read too much into those things yah. Sometimes its we who depict the future so don’t let these things get you down before anything can even happen.
Dear you, sorry if I caused you any distress. I guess it came out a little stronger than it was supposed to. It was posted without giving it much thought, and the intention wasn’t to blame. I guess I do have my days as well. I know where you are coming from but that was just how I was feeling at that moment. So don’t take me too seriously, and go for whatever you think is worth it yah. I’m sure whichever path you choose, everything will turn out just fine. For all you know, there’s no good or bad choice. Maybe it’s just a matter of good or better choice? Even if you settle for less, you don’t lose out on anything. Go try it out overseas bcos you believe in it, not bcos you wanna run away from anything. But whatever your decision, give it your best so there will be no regrets. If all else fails, take it as a good lesson to learn from. Just my little 2 cents worth. Have a great year ahead!
HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE EVERYBODY!
*Hugs & Kisses*

I am so so very tired and my feet are still very painful from yesterday’s shopping.
Met my bitches yesterday after work in Orchard and we had Korean food for dinner. Then it was shopping non-stop till all the shops were closed. My feet were gonna give way by the end of it all I swear. Miraculously, there were so many available cabs that all of them were fighting to pick us up at the road side. I know cab fare has gone up but after all that walking, when you gotta take a cab, you gotta take a cab you know. So I am pretty surprised that the fare hike really affects so many people. The cab queue in town in the past is the most insane thing ever and calling for a cab may not even guarantee you getting one so yesterday was just sweet. I don’t mind paying more for a cab when I really need it I guess. I think I’d prefer that to standing in line in long stationary queues and there are just no cabs around.
Anyway, I am not satisfied with my shopping at all. After that few hours of non-stop shopping, we barely finished walking Taka & Wisma. OMG. I shall take a day’s leave to go shopping with my bitches soon and this time, I shall wear slippers or something. Heels have been slowly but surely killing my legs for so many years that I think one fine day, my legs are gonna stop working altogether.
Retail therapy makes me happy BUT the crowd really pisses me off. *sigh*
In my state of exhaustion yesterday, the cunning bitches got some info out of me. I’m still wondering if I would have told them who the person was if I wasn’t as worn out as yesterday. But I think I still would have lah. So please scrap your plans to interrogate me when I’m crabby. Haha. You all are my relentless bitches. How not to get any info outta me? I dunno why my bitches like to dig the dirtiest secrets out of each other. It’s a recipe for disaster if one day one of us feels like doing a little bit of blackmailing. Haha. When I’m feeling broke, maybe I should start the ball rolling. Ho ho ho. But then again, what is shared between the 3 of us, stays within the 3 of us, so it’s all good.
I need a foot spa so bad now… …
Oh, and to whom-it-may-concern, I knew it was gonna happen despite what you so earnestly told me. As you fall deeper into confusion, I start seeing things clearer. Between me and you, and all this time, I chose to believe myself. I am not bitter. I am in no position to be, and there is no need for me to be, for my life is fine and dandy. I just want you to know that sometimes, honesty and openness can be a real saving grace.
All the kaypohs out there can go wonder what this is all about for all I care. And it’s funny how sometimes when I blog about people that I choose to remain anonymous, at least 2 people will ask me if I’m referring to them. Lolx. And the ironic part is that usually it’s not them I’m referring to. Hahaha. All I can say is either you people think too much, or you people have a guilty conscience. Hehe.
Tubs is picking me up for lunch later. I can’t wait cos I’m so hungry!!

It feels dreadful to be back to work today. Today should be a holiday as well! But I would say it was a pretty good X’mas.
Moday after work, went home, and it was helping prepare for the party non-stop. So much for not wanting to touch the turkey. I ended up stuffing it silly and sewing and tying it up. Gross. I was so busy and tired I wasn’t even hungry and I just wanted to sleep. Food galore, as usual, but this time, we didn’t end up with obscene amounts of left-over food like past years.
It was a nice gathering and I love my presents. I remember blogging about the itouch not so long ago and how I thought it was a real looker. Guess Santa decided that I’ve been a good girl this year. I got an ipod touch from daddy. Yay!
Didn’t stay long enuff to wait for everyone to leave. Which was good bcos the cleaning up after that would have made me even more tired than I oready was. Went off with tubs to his aunty’s place for X’Mas celebration round 2. Counted down to Christmas there and after that, we dropped by Jane’s place to wish her Merry Christmas and to have a few ciggies before calling it a nite.
Woke up early on X’mas morning for breakfast and then it was back home to continue sleeping. Went Parkway in the afternoon and I guess shopping mood comes along with the festive season. Despite the time constraint, tubs managed to buy 2 shirts and a pair of jeans and I got a top and a dress. Quickly headed down to his uncle’s house after that for X’Mas celebration round 3. It was meant to be lunch but it was more like tea time/ early dinner by the time we got there but knowing them, it doesn’t matter cos we ended up staying till after 10pm. Haha.
So Happy Boxing Day everyone! I bet everyone is still not in the mood to work today but I shall take comfort in the fact that the weekend is just round the corner and before we know it, it’s New Year’s Day! I can’t wait!

It feels weird to be back at work on X’mas eve. The business district is unusually quiet but it’s ok. Cos even if I were at home, I’d most prob be sleeping till afternoon and the folks will start grumbling cos our annual X’mas party is at my place tonite!
The Christmas season only hit me this morning. But after tomorrow, life’s back to normal. Bah. Before I start on the past weekend, I wanna thank everybody for their presents and cards! I got a really nice surprise in the mail from Danceal.
My past weekend was simple but nice.
Met my bitches for dinner and to exchange presents at Café Cartel and after that, they finally got to see my house. Hur hur. When we were in the basement carpark lift, Chixy was just making a joke at the asshole and once we reached the first floor, the asshole came into the lift. Hahahahaha. He actually said hi to them but they didn’t hear so they ignored him. LOLx. Goodies. We were trying so hard not to laugh on the way up lah. After they used the bathroom, we went to Chixy’s house and we slacked there for abit trying to think of where else to go but her house was so comfy that it took us forever to get on out. Ended up going for Macs drive thru for some drinks.
Saturday, packed and cleaned my room a little and then tubs came to pick me up to go back to his place to meet Dan & Sharon. They bought 5 live crabs for a home cooked meal of Crab Bee Hoon. The way they killed the crabs were absolutely sickening. So much so that I could barely bring myself to eat them after that. But it turned out pretty good I gotta say and it was heaps of fun. Met them at Punggol Park for a round of drinks to later on in the nite, or more like early morning since it was after midnite, before calling it a day.
Woke up early Sunday morning to go supermarket shopping with mummy. Bought so much stuff I thought my hands were gonna break. Bought lunch home, napped abit, and then it was helping her with some preparations again. I don’t mind juicing the watermelon for the fruit punch, but please don’t ask me to touch the raw turkey or the lamb leg. It just feels wrong.
Went to Parkway to walk around abit before heading to Granny’s for dinner and to watch the Man U & Everton match. Good thing I stayed on cos Jeff came after his flight with a box of mangoes! Nice big, juicy Aussie mangoes at only $6 for 9. Yummers. Tubs bought me a bear as a prelude to my upcoming X’mas present. It’s the cutest thing ever. I have far too many stuffed toys but I’ll never tire of them.
Office closes at 1pm today so I shall get down to doing as much work as I can first.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND A VERY
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!

Yesterday was a nice break from work. Met Dan, Sharon & Cardin for some beer at Brewerkz. When we got home, the boy was still up so we brought him for supper as his birthday meal. Haha. We had Macs, which seemed pathetic but they couldn’t think of anywhere else to go so…
Thursday, had lunch at ECP Tung Lok and I was adamant about doing some X’mas shopping today so my mood was kinda foul cos we only got to Marina Square half an hour before the shops were closing. But thank goodness I manage to find 3 presents in 1 shop. Hur hur. So proud of myself. Picking out stuff from the shop wasn’t hard. What took forever was when the sales girl got 1 of the chains I picked tangled and ended up breaking it and earlier, 2 other sales girls had told me it was the last piece. I was ready to give her a good lashing and it got worse when she called other outlets and they were sold out as well. Thank goodness she managed to find 1 more piece that was hidden deep in storage. And she didn’t even have the decency to wrap it up in a box and I had to bleedin’ tell her to. Anyway that’s finally settled so it’s all good.
By the time she was done fixing her screw up, it was oready after 10pm and everywhere seemed to be closing/ closed until we found Pasta de Waraku. So that’s dinner for us. Met Alex for a smoke after that and he was wearing the most hilarious thing ever. I should have taken a pic lah.
It may be back to work today for only 1 day and the boss isn’t in but I still can’t wait for the day to end. *sigh* I’m hoping to meet my bitches today cos I haven’t seen them in quite awhile and oso cos I need to go get some stuff from Parkway. Brought my Kyorochan chocolates to munch on at work. Okok. I bought them only bcos the box was cute. But they really aren't all that bad. They are a little like Maltesers except Maltesers are nicer and cost lesser then those jappy chocoballs.

I can finally feel Christmas approaching. Maybe because of the short work week and maybe because the office will be more or less empty soon., with most staff going away for the holiday season. Whatever the case, I think I need a proper break from the madness here before getting down and dirty. Yes, dirty is how I might describe the situation. But swinging to the other end of the pendulum, it’s more or less out in the open that I’m having a promotion. But it’s still too early to rejoice. There are pros and cons that come together with this piece of news. I still can’t decide which carries more weightage so it’s gonna be a time of uncertainty for me and I’ll take everything one step at a time. Treading on a mine field is so tiring. *sigh*
Now on a happier note, here’s a recap of my weekend!
After having X’mas beer with the office people, cabbed home to change and grab the car before going to meet my bitches for some shopping. I bought a top and a dress. Yay! It’s so shiok to shop without restrictions. Haha. Sat down for some pizza after that. It’s so shiok can. I love New York Pizza. Yummy Pizza + chicken wing + drink!
Was supposed to meet up with my darling K-ling but due to time constraints, I didn’t get to see her before she flew off AGAIN. Sob sob. I will make it up to you dear! Promise!!
Spent most part of the nite at Macs after that using the lappy to give moral support to a poor soul. Haha. Like it wasn’t enuff, I spent the rest of the wee hours of the morning copying notes for the pig while he slept like a baby. –seh-
Saturday morning, had a not so pleasant dream but it was kinda funny and frustrating at the same time. Weird mix of emotions but dreams are mostly weird to begin with I guess. But like all my dreams, the memory of it just keeps diminishing till I can barely remember what it’s about oready.
Afternoon was home cooked lunch. Part of our scheme to save money. Saturday was a great idea cos the asshole wasn’t home and it’s rare to find the kitchen as decently stocked as that day. Met Dan & Sharon at the VW showroom after that. I do have some feelings for the Golf GT. I wouldn’t mind even if it’s not a GTi. I think it looks really good as an X’mas present. Haha. Following that was off to the Audi showroom where I saw the R8. Pretty damn impressive.
Final stop was at Performance Motors. I’ve had the longest love affair with the beemer. Which particular model, only people who know me well enuff will noe. It’s a car I can look at the whole day.
After all that car viewing, we decided to go for a shiok dinner. Crab bee hoon, butter crab and chilli crab. We were stuffed after that but very contented. Went to Pungol Park where Dan opened a bottle of celebratory champagne to mark his 1 year mark in NS. Haha.
That night, I had another dream. This time I dreamt of Banana flavoured Marlboros. The pack was just like the menthol lights except where there’s green, it’s yellow. And I remember they were displayed beside a golden pack of ciggies that reminded me of Gudang Garams except the whole pack was in a dull gold.
Anyway, before I forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY FEI DE! I’m sorry I didn’t answer your call! Everytime you called, my HP wasn’t with me and I keep forgetting to call you back. Paiseh.
Slept in on Sunday before heading to Vivo for some shopping. Ended up not buying anything but I oready got a rough idea what to get who for X’mas but I’ll get it next week in case the size is wrong. Dinner at Modestos and then headed down to Oscar’s to meet Dan & Cardin to watch football.. Glory Glory Man United! I’m not a big football fan but the thought of the asshole mourning for Liverpool (again) makes me happy. Hohoho.

Happy Friday everyone! I’m on half day today cos the boss is treating everyone to lunch and beer and closing the office early for some pre “X’mas Cheer” as he calls it. I know it seems too early to be celebrating X’mas but everyone’s leaving the country for their vacation oready so I guess today’s the best day.
I’ve got many things to comment on this office, many mixed emotions, and many uncertainties. But I shall not get into it too in-depth yet. I shall wait until things smooth out a little first.
It’s times like this when I really wish all my darlings are around so that we can meet up and just have a great get-together. At least I am certain of them and they are always such a comfort to have around. But I understand that work is work and some things are just bo bian. I just wanna let them know that I miss them a lot and I can’t wait to see them.
Yesterday night I felt a sudden urge to shop so an attempt to Ikea failed cos we didn’t noe if it would open til late due to the X’mas season or that it’ll close at its usual 10pm. Everyone was leaving when we got there so we went to Giant instead. I swear I’m a closet auntie. I love supermarket shopping. I’ve loved it since years back when me & my bitches would go supermarket shopping and take forever in there.
Anyway, we didn’t finish walking the entire place yesterday but we ended up buying beef, potatoes, fresh mushrooms and Unagi. Went home, had a good shower while my chef slogged away in the kitchen. Haha. Needless to say, it was yummy!
It’s finally the weekend and I’m so glad it has come a little earlier. Happy weekend everyone! Here’s something to whet your appetite for the weekend. Becks as the new Armani underwear model.

Had a good coffee session with my bitches last nite at ECP. It’s been a damn long time and I hope the air has been cleared and that everyone will be as tight as ever. When it comes to good friends, I guess there’s no problem that can’t be brought up for everyone to solve together. I love you girls! It helps that the weather was in our favour so for the entire time that we were out, it didn’t rain at all. It’s funny how we never seem to get down to having waffles at Gelare on Tuesday. But when it’s not Tuesday, we can’t stop talking about how much we wanna eat it. How contradicting.
I am so sleepy today. All I wanna do is to stay nice and warm in bed while the heavens pour. But who am I kidding… I am at work *sigh*

It’s been a long weekend for me as I didn’t come in to work yesterday. It might seem shiok but I would have rather not. I’m not that big a fan of long weekends cos it just makes me dread going back to work even more.
There was kind of a misunderstanding with the boss on Friday, coupled with some things that have been going on which really riled me up to a point whereby I am really skeptical of the entire situation. I shall just wait and see but I’m counting on what has been told to me.
Friday after work, walked over to Mel’s office and she gave me Krispy Kremes and a very nice pair of shorts which she bought from Bali.
Then it was driving all over finding a place to settle down for dinner and finally it was Madam Q’s. The food’s pretty good. Worth trying.
Met with Dan and we bought drinks and sat below Sharon’s block. Haha. That’s our new budget lifestyle. Dan & Sharon bought me a very pretty shawl from River Island when they were in UK. Thanks!
Saturday, finally sent out my X'mas cards. Here's just some of it. Phew!
Had dinner at Fortune Cuisine at Clementi. It was a table BBQ and steamboat buffet and we whacked the table BBQ and ended up not touching our seafood & mala soup. The meats were good and they had my fave shishamo!! Yummers. There’s also ready cooked food like tempura, fried chicken, sweet sour pork etc. The desserts were pretty decent too– ice cream, cakes, fruits.. I really would go back there to eat especially when that day was such nice weather after the rain and we got a seat right at the corner. But the price is going up by quite abit in a few day’s time so I’m not sure if I’ll still go back cos there’s only so much I can eat and the place is pretty squeezy and I’m one who don’t mind paying for comfort, which this place lacks.
This time round, we sat below Dan’s block to slack the night away.
Sunday, had a late lunch at KFC and then it was off to Vivo in an attempt to buy some X’mas presents but I can’t find anything lah. Granny’s place for dinner after that.
By night time, somebody convinced me to take Monday off. Tsk Tsk. So in the wee hours of the morning, we went for Macs drive thru for nuggets, shaker fries and a drink. On the way there, I saw a lizard on the wiper and no matter how fast the wiper went, it just wouldn’t budge. Hilarious stuff.
While we were having our Macs at ECP, we came across shitloads of ants that really grossed me out. I was more than glad to leave after that.
Woke up early on Monday morning to wash up and then it was off to Jack’s ROM, followed by lunch at The Cathay. Jack’s friend opened a little place in the basement called The Indulge of something liddat. Not too bad. What a foggy day..
I still have to say after opening for so long, shops at The Cathay are still damn blah. Went Orchard after that to hand in my registration and then it was shopping and sad to say, after all that walking around, I didn’t see anything worth buying. *sigh*
Later on in the night was dinner/supper at Bedok 85. How I wish my long weekend would never end..
I miss all my girlies! Kailing’s still in Japan, Mel’s in HK, and Mandy is onboard the Royal Caribbean. Lucky bitches, everyone of them.

I had a very good night yesterday therefore I’m in a very good mood today.
Met Rach & Bessie at Xian De Lai and we had lots to catch up on. Bessie’s getting married too! That makes both of them getting married next year. I feel so left out. Hahaha. Nono, don’t get me wrong, I’m in no hurry to get married. All I want is a godson/god daughter for me to spoil rotten. Haha. Which is why I’ve been telling everybody, if there’s an ‘accidebt’, nvm cos I’ll help look after their baby. Lolx.
I got my first X’mas pressies from my 2 girls. Rach bought me a yummy body shop gift set and Bessie treated us to dinner. Next treat on me! I shall plan another meet up with them again soon and this time Jes better be free. My baby is gonna burn out soon if she carries on working the way she does.
Took fotos with the girls yesterday BUT the fotos are in their cameras so too bad. Rach still owes me my birthday fotos lah –faints-

Easy-for-everyone
*YAWN*
Oh how I miss primary school days when we’ll sing the chopsticks song.
I’m going abit bonkers.
At least I got some stuff to do.
I just cut my hand open and it hurts like fuck. And it doesn’t help that when I hold a pen, or anything for that matter, it’ll kena the cut.
Mandy came down for lunch just now and she bought yummy noodles for me. Thanks babe! *Muack* If only we had a longer lunch time lah. We’re chatting over email now and suddenly, it hit me why I’m doing some of the things I’m doing now. It’s a little scary, but I think it’s a trait that’s useful. I think it’s scary cos I was never conscious of the intention. It came so naturally that if I didn’t put it down in words to Mandy, I wouldn’t have really figured it out cos it was just something that I never thought about in-depth.
I need some simplicity. Someone pure but sebei kaopei. Someone like K-ling. Haha. She reached SG last night only to fly off again. The poor girl must be so tired. So pia for what. At least have a 1 or 2 day break in between what. Kaoz. Come back soon! I miss you!

Yesterday’s rain was terrible. Got my shoes all wet so I left work early to go home to change. Left for Victoria Concert Hall at 630pm with mummy. Thank goodness she was in the right mind to drive down instead of taking a bus. We went there to support Aunty Soo Chern and we got great front row seats but that also meant I couldn’t take my wet shoes off. Dang. It was a fantastic performance though. Too bad it was one night only and needless to say, it was full-house. When the DVD comes out I shall share it with my darlings! You’ll be amazed by the little girls dancing hip hop. It puts those grown ups dancing at clubs to shame. Haha. And when I say little, I mean they look like they just started primary school. Do primary one students reach up to my waist only? I dunno. I’m quite out of touch with kids that age apart from Samantha and Chixy’s Hantu, but I guess they are considered tall for their age. Those 2 KC girls are gonna grow up to be damn beautiful & leggy and they are gonna attract a hell lotta guys. And girls. Haha. I shouldn’t be saying that but what the heck.
Here’s a summary of what it’s about off the program:
The Right Step - Features an evening of dances performed by the centre’s 140 ballet students taught by Lim Soo Chern. Apart from classical ballet items, the group will also showcase the choreography of the centre’s alumni students who will present works of their favourite genre:- Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical Jazz and Contemporary Dance. Expect a fun-filled evening of good dancing and interesting choreography which is set sensitively to music selected to please your ears, stir your senses and bring a smile to your face. Watch out too, for a galore of tutus, occasionally designed radically to suit the tempo of the music.
On a totally different note altogether, can I just say that I haven’t sent in my studies application. Yes, somebody kill me.I shall endeavour to send it in by this week and also to send out all my X’mas cards. Haha.
Meeting Rachel & Bessie for dinner tonite. I haven’t seen that girl in such a long time. Ours is a funny story. The first time I knew Bessie, we were wee lil’ girls (I think pri school or even younger) and I only knew her by her Chinese name. I knew her cos she and Mel were neighbours at Ah Hood Road and I was there often enuff. Then Mel shifted house to Siglap, which I was happy about since it was only 1 street away from me but they she and Bessie lost contact. Then about 10 years later, I got to know Bessie and we became good friends. Only we didn’t figure out who each other was until we were speaking of some random stuff which linked us to Mel & Ah Hood Road. OMG. Haha. Now, Mel has shifted back to Ah Hood Road and Bessie’s over at Toa Payoh but thank goodness we’re all still in contact. This is such a small world but sometimes, things you least expect happens and it feel really good.

Taking half day leave on a Tuesday is boring. It doesn’t seem to make a difference to the week. Dang. Back to work today and all I can think of is ‘Dammit. It’s still Wednesday’ *sigh*
Was bored stiff at work yesterday and since I had some errands to run, I decided to take the rest of the day off. Went to Chinatown to meet Mandy & Gong Wen for lunch and then went to the doc Mandy recommended to get some prescriptions. Lucky me managed to get a Merc cab home. Read Singapore Tatler on the journey and I’m increasingly feeling the need to get outta this damn rat-race. When will my big break come?
Dad came home with a Xmas tree. Now the house is finally showing some signs of Christmas. Haha. Drove all the way to Tuas. I finally got my board! Now it’s ‘operation – collage’ time. I just gotta get the damn board hung up on my wall.
Went Kel’s house to pick Chixy up and by the time we reached Parkway, it was pretty late oready so I went Borders to grab some stuff before they closed and had a late dinner at Parkway Thai Restaurant. The food was pretty decent but I didn’t fancy it much though. I think I’d rather have settled for Sakae Sushi.
Went down to Siglap Gelare to meet Kel and the guys and as it is every Tuesday, it was packed but we managed to get a seat. Was too full to eat anything so I didn’t stay for long.
If only I didn’t have to work today. It’s great weather to stay in bed and clean my room and put up my board lah. But I brought my Xmas cards to write so that should keep me pretty occupied for awhile.

This past weekend was a really relaxed one. Sometimes it’s good to tone down abit to catch my breath after a long week of work. It helps that the weather has been nothing but fantastic. I wish it would be so cooling and windy all year round. It’s so hard to get such weather without any rain.
Anyway, Friday night was off to Cosy Bay to slack. Just a bottle of drink and ciggies and I was a contented girl. That’s how much good weather makes me happy. I could have just sat there the whole night.
Saturday morning, watched Stardust, then the grandfolks came over with lunch. Fell asleep after lunch and woke up in the evening and had chips, drinks and ciggies by the pool. Shiok.
At night, went tian tiao steamboat cos Xian De Lai was packed. And that was midnite oready. *sigh* I'm not that big a fan of tian tian even though the ventilation is better. We decided to do some aimless driving so after a stop at the petrol kiosk for a full tank, we went everywhere from Hillview to see the haunted house (but somebody chickened out), to Millenia Walk in search of the Lamborghinis (they weren’t there), Orchard to see Xmas lights (they were off. Wth), Ridley Park to see the big-ass house and their to-die-for cars, to dunno where to make a bet how many levels that particular block had (I said more than 30 but somebody was so sure it was 30 max.. it was 40 floors btw. Haha). Then they decided to close the roads for some run so we had to make detours and alternate routes. By the time we got home, the sun was gonna come up oready. Haha.
Slept in til Sunday afternoon, then it was ECP BK for a late lunch. Ikea Tampines after that and a mother fucker stole our parking lot and I was so damn pissed I nearly punched him. I nearly bought some pretty lights at Ikea but somebody gave me a very disapproving look so I ended up not buying anything. I think I should take leave soon to buy Xmas pressies, cards and what nots. Haha. Shall come up with something with Chixy. Evening time was to Punggol to do some visiting and dinner. After dinner, went to Yishun dam to slack for awhile. Damn I love the breeze. Went Marcus’s house after that to talk cock, watch telly, SHK and that was about it.
