*sigh* The weekend really flies.
I can’t believe I ate at Hanabi 3 days in a row. Hahaha. Yup. After last Thursday’s reunion dinner there with the family, I went on Friday for dinner again.
Saturday afternoon, lazed at home and then we went for dinner with Dan & Sharon at Hanabi. Haha. Chix & Kelvin decided to go and try it too but bcos they were so crowded, they didn’t manage to sit with us. The manager was so nice cos he recognized us so we got good service and free membership card. Lolx. After Dan & Sharon left, we sat with Chix & Kel and then we all went supermarket shopping and then we went to the pet shop opposite and I swear I nearly bought a dog. Tubs fell in love with it too. But we both felt it was a little too pricey. So after spending so damn long at the shop, we had to drag ourselves away.
Went to pick Chixy up from Sandilands later in the nite and we went to HK Café to chill. The mango snow ice we ordered to share was a killer. We couldn’t even finish it. We decided to leave when the guy caught us for smoking in a non-smoking area. Luckily he was nice enuff to just warn us. Anyway it was very late oready so we went off.
Finally used my voucher. Cut my hair and did treatment. I hate my haircut even though I think it’s not that noticeable to others. My fringe is too short to manage lah. I shall not go back there again even though its damn convenient.
Went to The Animal Resort and Farmart after that hoping to see more dogs but there were none so it was off to Parkway and it was tub’s turn to cut his hair. By the time he was done, there wasn’t much time left to walk around so we headed to granny’s house for dinner. After dinner, we went to Parkway with Mel, Clare & Ethan to walk and then when we went to Sam Yick, he was so excited to see the puppies he was practically squealing. Haha.
That nite, Chixy called to say Eugene’s gf’s dog was at Kel’s house. I was so tempted to go but decided not to in the end cos it was very late oready. Haix.
Tubs says we’ll get a dog if we find one that’s less than $2000. So for now, it’s just waiting patiently. I’m sure they’ll cost less once there’s an increase in supply. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed cos after the one we saw on Saturday, all the other dogs have a tough act to follow.
