I think I am very gei kiang, suggesting to go prawning on a workday nite. Haha.
Went to pick my bitches up from their homes last nite, then went to pick tubs and we went prawning. We shared 1 rod for 3 hours and it was pretty fun I gotta say. I’m not really cut out for this. I dunno when the prawn bites, and I don’t dare touch the prawns. So in the end, tubs & Chixy did the prawning and Jane did the unhooking.
I was expecting the place to be pretty empty since it was so late on a weekday but there were quite abit of people. Our catch was very sad. There was a small one, and there was one which got away, and there was one which Jane ripped the head open when she tried to pull off its pincers. Haha. The rest were just half dead cos we didn’t know how to unhook them properly.
So pretty right.. This was one of the not so big ones but the pincers are so nice and blue.
I think the nice uncle BTH us so he came over to teach us how to unhook them and how to prawn. Then he gave us a tupperware of baby fishes as bait as it’s more effective. By the end of 3 hours, we only caught around 6 prawns

So he gave us more prawns in a pail.
That’s more prawns than we can ever catch lor. That was almost half a bucket of prawns? OMG he’s so nice. We went to BBQ the prawns after that and even after everyone had their fill, there was still a bad full of prawns left so I brought it home. Hur hur. I wanted to bring some home to rear but I guess they’ll die without a pump so I guess there’re all fated to be eaten.
Us being us... humping prawns. We do not spare them even after they have died..
With our prawning tactic, I think it’s not really worth it for us cos we barely catch anything and when we do, we don’t dare unhook it. But if uncle decides to be nice, then it’s more than worth it. Hahaha. I actually do like it there. Nice to slack cos we can smoke, eat and drink while we prawn and it’s so cooling there and it doesn’t stink one bit.
By the time I sent everyone back and got home and uploaded the fotos into my com, I had 2 more hours to sleep before I had to wake up for work. Luckily I dropped mum a note when I got home to ask her to wake me up cos I couldn’t hear my alarm at all. But then again, she woke me up late so I was slightly late for work.
Meeting Jes, Rach & Bessie for dinner tonite. I dunno if I should pop home to change clothes and grab the car before meeting them since Jes is ending work abit later today or if I should meet them straight from work. All I know is that I’m very tired right now. My bitches are supposed to come and find me today but I wonder if they can even wake up. Haha. Wanting the tai tais to wake up early is such a feat.
