Even though the weekend has once again passed in a jiffy, this coming week is gonna pass very quickly too cos I’m going to BKK come Thursday. Haha. It was all talk and no action. But once action, it’s damn choppers lor. Lolx. Let’s see what I did this weekend.
Friday went to Granny’s house for lunch. I miss good home cooked home. Main word being ‘good’. Haha. Didn’t do much on Friday nite. Just hung out with tubs at Yishun Dam after we had dinner at Dunman. No need to say what we ate there. We can’t go there and not resist our fave food.
Saturday woke up bloody early in the morning and went down to Toa Payoh with tubs and his dad. For what, I know can oready. Haha. Went to eat and then we went back to nap. Tired as hell. Went Chinatown to look for Mandy dear and the first travel agency we walked into, tubs booked a BKK package for us. Haha. He didn’t even bother walking around to make comparisons. When we went back to look for Mandy, I think she and Gong Wen were surprised how quickly we were done and how soon we were flying off. Lolx. Went AMK for dinner and we had the worst tasting chicken rice ever. It totally pissed me off man. Anyway, met up with Rachel and Ah Boy for a round of KTVing. And to think that the last time we met up with them was their wedding! Speaking of which, I haven’t seen the wedding pictures yet lah. Guess that explains why I never posted pictures of the wedding. After I think about 6 hours of KTVing, we all decided to call it a night.
Sunday morning, had Macs drive thru for breakfast and then we went to Mandai to visit Grandpa. Did nothing much for the rest of the day. Just mainly lunch, then back to tub’s for a nap, then to Punggol to visit tub’s grand folks, then met up with Alex before going back to tub’s again. Slacked the night away, watching the telly and drinking Baileys. Yums.
Monday evening, met the ex for dinner and drinks at Holland V and I spent the rest of the nite with my bitch at ECP. I told you I’m a good girl. Hur hur.
Tuesday didn’t do much, just met tubs and Mel who finally came back from down under the day before. Had so much catching up to do that it was late before we knew it. I got Tim Tams and a very nice black top from her. Tubs got lighters which I ended up bringing home. Hur hur.
I am not packed at all. I know there’s nothing much to pack, but I’m usually a kiasu packer, checklist and all. But this trip, I am so unprepared. I haven’t even gone to change THB. Haha. I’m still in my sleeping clothes, using the laptop, eating a sandwich and watching TV. It’s such a short trip I think I can just board the plane in my tshirt, shorts and slippers, passport, a credit card and some cash.
Anyway, here’s a video that cracked tubs & I up when we saw it on TV some time back. It doesn’t seem so funny now but that time we thot it was damn hilarious lah. Presenting the smiling dog
