I know I complain EVERY WEEK how fast my weekend passes. But this week was too fast. I dunno why, but it just was.
Friday nite, met Dan to finish up our Chivas at CHIJMES but in the end…we couldn’t finish it.
After that a plan to meet Mel for a smoke dragged on longer than expected (ok, it was expected once we were dragged into the house) and it was not surprising a nite of hysterics. Dropped by Gene’s after that to collect some stuff from Chixy and that’s all for my Friday..
Saturday afternoon, went down to Concentre with tubs to meet daddy and the boy there to try out the racing simulator of the Singapore Grand Prix circuit. I got a headache just watching them test it so I gave it a miss.

After that when they went for the river cruise to watch fireworks, tubs and I went to meet the rest at Raffles City to celebrate Gong Wen’s birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL! And the best part is she brought stuff to give us! Haha. Anyway I hope she had fun and that she likes her present + some. LOL.
My Saturday pretty much ended there cos after dropping Mandy and Ling off, we went back to tub’s and fell asleep until about 5am. -faints- So we grabbed some Macs drive-thru for brekkie and headed back to my place, only to sleep some more.
We went to Kallang Leisurepark on Sunday afternoon to watch a movie. Dark Knight was sold out so we ended up watching Red Cliff. I never enjoyed Romance of the Three Kingdoms so much. I was forced to learn it long ago in school and I oways heard my grandpa talking about it, but I have since long forgotten the story. But when I watched the movie, then I realized how cute Zhou Yu, Zhuge Liang and Sun Quan are. Hahaha.
Anyway as much I liked the movie, the last part was a true spoiler.. 2.5hours later, all we saw was “To Be Continued…” What a bummer.
Today is a really rainy Monday. But I like this kinda weather. So cooling and yet no thunderstorm. The mother has a tuition kid over today. Cute little Japanese girl. And I caught both of them watching TV during tuition. And the thing is I have oready made it a point to mute the TV. Tsk tsk.
