Thursday
Vivo with Mandy, Kailing and Chixy. We ended up slacking at The Mussel Guys cos they had a nice Al Fresco area which came in really handy for the 4 of us to do some lungs exercise. After we were done there, we headed over to The Boiler Room. If you know what event they had there, good. If not, too bad. Thanks girls for coming with me! Let’s do it again one more time next month k. Anyway, one of the performers looked so damn much like someone. Even my girls thought so. Omg..
Anyway, after Mandy and Kailing left, tubs came to pick me up and together with Chixy, we went to meet Jane for supper at the HK Café outside her place. Judging by the number of times we’ve been going there, looks like we’ve found a new hang out and we‘ve snagged ourselves a personal waitress. Haha.
Friday
With hardly any sleep, sent tubs to town and when I was heading home, the sun was beginning to rise. The sunrise was beautiful. I should know better cos I live in the east and everyday when it rises, I’m still not asleep yet but here’s a picture of it while driving home and my lousy camera did the sunrise no justice at all.
Maybe it’s a better idea not to attempt driving and taking pictures at the same time in the future. Hur hur.
Friday nite, tubs could take it no longer and we headed into JB with Ben for some Kway Chup. It was bloody shiok and tubs finally appeased his craving. Ben is great company but not so good when I’m having one of the worst coughs in my life. Every little stupid thing Ben does gets me into a coughing fit which is absolutely painful and highly uncomfortable. After Kway Chup, tubs decided to send his car for a wash and some leather care. Being Malaysia, we could sit in the petrol kiosk smoking ourselves silly while waiting for the car to be done.
Saturday
Exciting day for me cos I went to collect my long awaited and almost extinct shoes. If you are expecting a stunner of a shoe, then you’d be disappointed. But all that matters is that I like it. I have such a bloody soft spot for heels man.
The pains I had gone thru to nab this pair of heels is insane but damn worth it. Having the display pair sucks cos it really wasn’t in the best condition but I just had to have it so I took it anyways. And I wore it immediately to Yuan’s birthday party at Furama Hotel. And the fun and madness began. I had a blast but it was damn chaotic. From us attempting to strip the birthday boy down to his birthday suit, to playing with spastic looking bunnies on Wii, it was pure madness.

After we got home, we watched Meet Dave on DVD and it was just alrite for me. Not really my kinda show.
Sunday
Kinda had difficulty waking up so tubs and I had to cut short our little excursion to Ikea but I think I know what kinda walk-in wardrobe I want oready. Simple but big enuff. Haha. I can’t wait! We had lunch at Ikea and I kept reminding tubs - Do Not Over Order. And when he came back with the food, there was a shrimp sandwich, meatballs which came with boiled potatoes, a big chicken thigh which came with coleslaw and whipped potato and 6 chicken wings. Omg I nearly fainted when I saw the spread. It didn’t help that we had oready eaten a hotdog each just before that. Needless to say we couldn’t finish the food but it was quite crazy I gotta say. Tubs had to rush off for his RT so we went to pick Jes up and he dropped both of us at Tampines and we decided to slack at a nice place called (I think) Blue Urban Oasis. It’s not exactly the cheapest of places but their food and drinks are really good. Cat came to look for us for a little while with sumo baby Melody. She’s such an adorable baby lah.
After tubs was done with his RT, he came to pick me up and then it was off to Granny’s for dinner and after dinner, we went to Mel’s house for the ultimate slack session - chips, drinks, ciggies, TV, card games, dominos and the cutie pup was there as well! He’s a real sweetheart I swear and how he's grown since the last time I saw him!
