Haha. I hope it turns out fine though, cos the whipping cream was bought first thing when I left my house which was around dinner time, and it’s supposed to be kept refrigerated but I forgot all about it and it sat in my car for about 8 hours. Haha! I’m crossing my fingers they don’t turn out funky. It’s a really easy recipe BUT they have to sit in the fridge after the first part is completed for about 2 to 3 hours before I can do anything else to them, therefore by the time I actually complete everything, I may be able to see the beautiful sunrise over here in eastern Singapore. Yes, I’m being sarcastic.. I do not like the sun very much at all. So in the meantime, I have to find things to keep me occupied so I’m multitasking by doing my nails, and in continuation to all the sappy love movies I‘ve been watching, today's pick is When Harry Met Sally.

The anticipation to see my finished product is killing me!
-----------------------------------------------------------
Looks like I don’t have much self control. Before Harry could meet Sally, which was about an hour after I put my masterpiece into the fridge, I decided to go check on it and I decided they were ready to be dusted by cocoa powder. Haha. This part wasn’t fun at all and the kitchen was quite a mess at the end of it all. I am very contented that I have finished making my truffles, but don’t ask me how it tastes cos I didn’t try it. Honestly, I only had the kick to make it, not eat it. Haha. That’s the problem with me.. After I make/cook/bake/fill-in-the-blank something, I’m not interested to eat it anymore. But I’m a happy girl now! Ta Dah!!

Not the prettiest things, but truffles were never meant to look pretty.. They are just supposed to taste orgasmic. Haha.
