After dinner, everyone left, leaving me, Ting, Yuan and Bryan so we went Häagen-Dazs to slack and we ended up being more sinful. Haha.
Today, I met my bitches in the afternoon for lunch at Café Cartel at Siglap. We sat at the alfresco area but despite being under the shade, we still nearly passed out from the heat. Chix paid with her Capitacard so we ended up having a free banana split because we spent more than $40. Woo Hoo. But even after that, the heat was too hot to handle so we cabbed back to my place. Yeah. We were so near my place but we cabbed back anyways. Once we got home, the aircon came on, the fan came on and boy did it feel good. After everyone finally cooled down, we were really close to falling asleep so we started taking photos. Taking pictures with Chixy is an art that’s really hard to master cos she’s so fair that all her pictures make her look totally white.. Almost ghost like. But I don't plan on giving anyone a scare before the Hungry Ghost Festival so I shall not post any of those pictures. It was after many tries that she finally found a spot where she looked more normal. Haha.
Here's a pic that makes all of us looks like angels. Haha. Da Chix says we look like we're in Genting.

After we were done with our nonsense, we went down to Kallang to walk around for abit before catching a movie - Uninvited. Hur hur. It was an ok show I guess. There were some parts to shock you, but it wasn’t a ghost show and there were a few twists along the way to keep it interesting. I like how empty the cinema was but just our luck that not far from where we were sitting, there was an uncle and his China ’friend’ who were making a hell load of noise. From her acting scared, to him acting brave, they were bloody disgusting. Anyway, the cinema was freezing despite me bringing a jacket along.
But all in all, I love watching movies on weekday afternoons with friends. Tickets are cheap, you get the cinema to yourself, and you have your buddies with you. That’s hard to beat.
