Tuesday was steamboat with Jes and Rach. I nearly died. Haha. Too much too soon man. After that, Jes and I slacked at ECP and before we knew it, it was oready after 2am. Hur hur. I hope my dear Rach understand why I didn’t go pick her up from her place to go for dinner. Firstly, I couldn’t get the car any earlier which means we’ll only reach Bugis only at 8pm or there abouts, which leaves Jes waiting alone for us for a long time. Secondly, I’ll have to pass by Bugis which is pretty near my house to get to your place and then head back to Bugis, which is easily at least 3 - 4 times the difference in distance. Thirdly, eating steamboat so often is taking on toll on this unemployed woman’s bank, and the number of ERPs and petrol for the entire distance I’ll have to spend on is quite a substantial amount to me. And last but not least, I’ll have to send you home in the end, which is the opposite direction from where I’ll be heading - the east. I know they don’t sound like a good reason at all, especially for a friend like you, but I’ll hope you’ll understand, especially when you are driving yourself. I hope my decision didn’t upset you too much, but all I’m asking for is some understanding ok? I still love you nonetheless.
Wednesday was ban mian with my bitches for a late lunch. That’s just like steamboat if you ask me. From the soup base to the ingredients. I didn’t finish it all though. It sicked me out too much. Haha. We walked around for abit and ended up buying rubbish stuff like stickers etc. (I bought so much redundant stuff that I shall not even mention it here. Haha) I oso bought a cropped sweater from Mango. I really need some serious retail therapy. I haven’t gone Forever21 in a damn long time lah. Anyway, we decided to do something we haven’t done in a long time - Clubbing! So we went home to freshen up and get ready for ladies’ nite! We were thinking between Zirca and Powerhouse and somehow we ended up at Zirca cos parking at St James costs a bomb. Zirca was not exactly empty, but I like my clubs packed to a certain extent. It was far too empty for my liking, we were all freezing to death inside, and the crowd wasn’t very appealing. And it didn’t help that we got there after midnite which means no free drinks. WTF. This isn’t what ladies nite should be about. Anyway it didn’t take us too long to decide on a change of environment and Zouk it was! I love Zouk. It feels so much like home there, especially on Wednesday nights. Hahahahaha. And the amount of people there were just right. Not little enuff to see open empty space, but just enuff for us to walk around and we even managed to get seats. I feel happy even just sitting there listening to the music. Mambo Jambo really makes me happy and it’s really therapeutic for me. And before people start questioning me on why I didn't let anyone know I was going to Zouk, it's becasue I was in a terribly lazy mood and I didn't feel like running all over the place looking for different groups of friends k. Moreover, I was happy where I was with my bitches. And being with my bitches means photo-taking time. And because I was a happy girl, I was pretty obliging. Hur hur.

Not my fave pictures but I told you I was in a good mood. Ha!
After Zouk, hunger strikes and I swear Zouk has really spoilt me. I’m so used to eating Bak Kut Teh opposite Zouk after clubbing in the past that we ended up going to Lavender for something just as yummy, steaming hot and soupy - Pig Organs Soup. Yum Yum Yum. I’m a happy girl! I miss Zouk oready.
And yeah, even though I woke up early the day before, even though I was out the whole day, even though I went clubbing, I'm still not tired. In fact, I'm still very much awake at 830am. Jialat. Angel wanted to meet up. Maybe I should wake her up for breakfast. Haha.
